Initiated in Ho Chi Minh City in 2019, Saigon Experimental is a platform dedicated to moving-image practices. Each edition presents a programme of around 25 films selected from an open call, while also collaborating with artists, curators, and institutions on curated screenings and exhibitions internationally.
